CV management. Store CV’s in the document area, the search filtering system will allow to find candidates cv’s quickly and easily.
Clients and Contacts. Assign multiple contacts and multiple branches against one client. Each with their own dedicated record card. The system keeps details of conversations and emails at the click of a button. Relevant information is always dispersed across the database to related records (i.e. one note entered on a vacancy will automatically appear against client, contact, candidate and vacancy).
Document Management System. Each record in the database has it's own directory generated for document storage. The system incorporates a full scanning system and e-mail management is included. The 3C Recruitment mail and e-mail merge functionality is second to non, as is the built in word processing functionality. Documents can be imported either by directory or individually.
Task Management / Diary System. Influence enables consultants to manage their time effectively with the diary and time management system. Users can access group or individual diaries, generate new tasks and link directly to the Influence database to instantly retrieve relevant information.
Candidate Information. Store information on new and existing candidates, view each candidate's CV on screen as each candidate is opened without having to open up the document. Influence allows you to store details of all conversations and emails at the click of a button. CV Management. Influence automatically generates and stores you own branded CV's from information held on the candidate records. Multiple CV versions can be stored for each candidate, and there is a fully integrated scanning facility for populating the candidate record cards as a CV is dropped into the system from Outlook, Outlook Express or from a directory.

Postcode (PAF) Module (Optional). Full address verification is available via entry of full or partial postcodes, along with a fully featured "radius" search which enables you to find relevant candidates within a certain distance of a postcode.
